"Heart Smart Shopping Cart" Wordfind

Heart Smart Wordfind

Nutrition is a very important part of heart health—and the first step to maintaining a "heart-healthy" diet is to know what is in the foods we buy.

Don't just look at the photo on a food package to decide whether you will put it in your grocery basket. Instead, take the time to read the nutritional information on products, and choose foods that have the types of ingredients that support a healthy cardiovascular system.

This month's puzzle contains the names of 20 things you might notice as you examine food packaging labels on your next shopping trip. Click on the puzzle to download and print your own copy.
